Server Crashes On Start (Not Because Of Taking To Much Time To Start)

Ok so i made a server on PaperMC 1.17.1 and in the begginning it used to crash sometimes on start, but when i tried to start it again it worked with no problem. But then suddenly, the server is not starting at all and is crashing every time i try to start it. I donot think its because of the fact the servers taking to long to start. I have two suspects- either the per world plugin is causing some problems with the other plugins (My Plugins showed problems in logs - 9 of them, that worked perfectly fine before) or it is because the server has too much of a load. Earlier the server was a bit 'fragile' , whenever i tried to worldedit something big (NOT THAT BIG) it crashed.

Any help on how to fix this will be appreciated. Heres a link to my logs down below.

yeah i figured the problem. It was the per world plugins- plugin that was crashing the server. Idk why it happened, it worked fine before then suddenly crashed. Ty for the response.
