Yo guys! I reset my server and re-installed all plugins. Then they all didn't work but they did before with nothing else required? Please help!

Please verify that you have Spigot or Bukkit installed. Plugins do not work with vanilla Minecraft

What version of plugins are you using?
I recommend using the server software Spigot for 1.10.2, unless you need 1.8 or something.

You have vanilla installed, not craftbukkit.
