now it happend again its online on the website but in minecraft not pls fix it again maybe i was right ur machine cant handle to many servers anymore need upgrade since there are many users are getting a server you need bigger maching and add more machine to handle the server or i think you need to make a limit those who never turn on there server you need to delete it or delete an abandoned server so ur machine can handle more server...

We try to expand our network as best as possible with our available financial resources.
i think you need to make a limit those who never turn on there server you need to delete it or delete an abandoned server so ur machine can handle more server...
People who don't use their server don't affect the performance of the network in any way anyways.
and to help aternos with that,you should put a donation forum so people can donate and help this host even $1 is a big help XD but you should do it so we can help this host that way 
We don't want to accept donations from our users.
You don't want donations from users because you want every user to be equal, right?
So why don't you make an "anonymous" donation button, so just for these who really want to support you without getting any benefits out of it?

That's not true. If you really want to donate, not "donate" (=get something in return), then we are totally happy about that.
We also had a donation button in the past. We removed it because there were nearly no donations (I think I can count them with one hand).
And it caused more trouble then it was worth, e.g. people asking for something in return after they donated or other issues.
There are some rumours out there claiming that Aternos is paid with donations & ads, which is simply not true and was never true.
We only get money from ads and we will never get enough money from donations to run just one machine.
So please keep in mind that if you donate, you will not really push forward our system or help us growing our infrastructure.
It is a nice way to say thank you to us and give us a little treat, but it also means a lot to us if you just say thank you without any money.
