I had problem with my server. i use TLauncher and my ip with the port is correct and the mods with the client and server is also correct. Do i have anything to install to start a server?

What is the full and exact error message you get when you try to join your server?

the error shows with this message:
Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: an existing connection is forcibly closed by the remote host
I was actually the host of my own server and i can't download the start server command for the 1.16.5 because it doesn't exist in the official Minecraft website anymore
