Mob not spawning in the server

    for a few days I have encountered this problem. in short, no enemies are generated on the server. I use a plugin that simply allows you to insert skins. but this plugin put it right away and the server was working. all spawning options are true. I do not know what to do!! :!: :!: :!:

    In 1.18 mobs require light level 0 instead of light level 7 to spawn.

    Or maybe the mobcap is full.

    Make sure the difficulty isn't on peacefull and that the gamerule "doMobSpawning" is set to true.
