My friend was playing with me on my server and he decided to see what happens if you use /fill to put 9000 deadbushes in mid air. It crashed my server and I can't get back in.

Your world may be corrupted now… Download the world and try to open it in singleplayer mode. Undo the changes and then upload your world to your server again. For these situations it's important to regularly download and save the world.
