I will edit the confi of the TitleManager plugin but that cant..
It can by other plugins but it cant by TitleManager (spigot beta)
Why?

You have to start your server at least once so that the plugin can create the configuration files. After that you can edit the configuration files at the Files & Plugins page.

You don't have no TitleManager installed, maybe that's why a folder doesn't exist.
You can remove a scoreboard using /scoreboard objectives remove <target name>.

Of course you can, just go to the files & plugins page and click on the little trash icon next to the plugin name.

So, there was a small issue crashing the editor on the files page, but it's fixed now and you can edit the TitleManager config now.
