Server 'Online' but Inaccessible

| Slight issue |
The server says [Online] on the alternos.org website, yet on the minecraft server list, it's constantly [Offline]

It hasn't been going on too terribly long, my other OP was able to turn it on successfully last night ( Jan/ 7 / 2018 ) but today I've been getting an offline response constantly.
Any information or help would be super appreciated ♥

Our DNS-System had a partial outage last night.
But now all systems are up and running again.

Multiplayer incompatible fml modded server question

Not able to join my own server. Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 27, size: 5

What are aternos server specs.
