Im trying to start my server but its not starting. I switched it to 1.13 Bukkit because its the newest version, but it wont start at all. Then i switched back to 1.12.2 Bukkit not its not even starting and i dont know why. Now it says "Starting..." then it says "Stopping..." so i dont know what to do

1.13 minecraft uses a new world format.
If you start your server in 1.13 once you can not switch back 1.12.2.
The only way is to recover a backup which hasn't been started in 1.13.
