My Forge 1.11.2 Server Won't Start

I have encountered a problem trying to start my Aternos server running Forge 1.11.2, with a couple mods listed here:

It just is stuck on loading for 20 minutes then stops... I have no idea why

Could it be like the problem in this thread? My Server Says It's Loading Forever But Doesn't Load 1.7.10 Forge

There is no share button and the log is empty :<
