You are just here to deny any mod requests!!!!!
Well I don't think he's doing it unfairly. I spent 10mins looking at some of the plugin/mod requests and only 1 of them was denied. Here's how I think he decides:
1.If mod or plugin is useful: Add
2.If mod or plugin is popular: Add
And this makes total sense: When you add a file to a website in this case being a useless and stupid mod or plugin that only you will use: this just takes up space; no matter how small it is, it can definitly be replaced with something better.
3.Maybe try being nicer when posting mod or plugin requests and they'll add it aswell.

Oh and also, why can’t you guys just add in something where you can upload any plug-ins/mods? Do you have a good reason, or is your life goal to have the worst customer service ever?

I'm active on the forums, the others are active on other platforms. Beside communication with users everyone has also to do other stuff to keep the whole thing up and running.
Oh and also, why can’t you guys just add in something where you can upload any plug-ins/mods?

I doubt he necessarily needs to respond in a thoughtful, respectful way or as such.
After all you don't pay for the servers either, you don't qualify as a customer either (meaning 'customer' service isn't even the right word) because you don't pay, rather you are a consumer. Expecting them to always respond in a thoughtful/respectful/civilized ways is simply a no-go,

These are only those who request any mods or plugins that cannot be added for obvious reasons. Or people who want features which are just not doable atm or due to the fact that we are free.
These people are also usually completely consulting resistant and bundle their displeasure in hatred against me instead of the real reasons why something is not possible

I always answer respectfully, but always in the way I am addressed by the person opposite.

But seriously guys when he denies it he will always put a reason (unless the plugin has already been requested and denied, in which case read the request a plugin thread), there's no need to hate on him.

I don't see the use of responding to a thread from a month ago, i'll close this now.
Neither is there really any use to responding to a thread with a screenshot of Roman adding a plugin without anymore information to make clear why you are posting it.
