Can't download World

    Hey, i have an issue downloading my world at aternos.org/worlds.

    • I can only download the world i uploaded weeks ago (i played a lot and want to play offline for 2 weeks now)
    • I can only see world and not world_nether + world_the_end such as on the account of my brother

    I fully read the help center but couldn't find anything.

    The world is the correct one, but your server has probably cracked enabled. Therefore your client and your server is using a different system to define the uuid of a player. It is required to manually fix up playerdata, but this is very complicated.

    I recommend you to just cheat the items and fly to the right location.
