I reinstalled the software for my server to Paper and I noticed the worlds page was different. I uploaded the world file and everything was working correctly until I noticed that the nether was deleted, all the farms and portals we had there were gone, so I tried to upload the DIM-1 file from te original world folder but it didn't let me. Please help me out with this.

It says something like "This is not a valid world file" when I add the DIM-1 file, I tried folder and Zip and it's' the same.

It's a message that appears on the aternos page and doesn't let me add that file as the nether

Please try this:
Download your main world and put the DIM-1 folder into that.
Then delete the world_nether on the website and upload the modifed main world.
Then check again
