Use another launcher. It's apparently an issue with TLauncher on 1.16

The simplest solution is to simply buy a legitimate copy of the game. Regardless of legitimacy you'll be able to play on Cracked servers, however I can see you obviously don't want to do that.
In the meantime, I'd suggest double-checking your server whitelist and allocating additional GB of RAM to your game by some way or another.
If none of these work, it's probably one of your mods causing the issue. Or you just need to actually buy Minecraft. Sorry, can't help more than that, don't have enough information and I don't speak Javanese.

Also verify that the Aternos server is set to be a cracked server.

The problem is not caused by Cracked or Premium. He is using Spigot software, so no mods are involved
