something wrong with my friends server(NOT A PRANK)

I was playing with my friend and.. something weird happened. All of his cows were gone. And then things start taking a turn for the worst. The servers TPS suddenly dropped. Like just DROPPED. Everything was teleporting everywhere. I recently joined a server and everyone suspected a lag machine as the TPS was sooo low. I did prank my friend once (sorry Clinomania11) but since then (which was months ago) i haven't pranked him once. Could i get help?

my litle brother was there as well but he doesnt have admin rights or hacks.

i do have trash wifi (lol) but you forget, in my original thread i said that another server was suffering the tps drop and it applied to my friend and his bro as well.
