I have been playing on my friend's server for a while now, and he has given me access to start the server. About on the 21st of December when I was about to start the server, I get a warning saying that the server size has passed 4 gb and I was unable to start the server. Can anyone help me in fixing this? (I know that it can be fixed by unloading unnecessary chunks, however none of us knows how to do that)

Hi, this article might help you: Maximum allowed server size. If you don't know what else to delete, you can contact [email protected] and ask help reducing the server size, include the IP of the server and your Aternos username.

Thanks for your advice, however none of us remembered which chunks are used and which aren't.
We have tools for that. Just write an email to [email protected] as Alex suggested.
