Hello everyone! So a friend of mine wanted to join an aternos server but it doesn't work. She tried to enter but it says: Can't login: authentication servers are under manitance.
But this error doesn't show up when trying to connect another aternos server: both server are 1.16.4 version with same java version and no whitelist. We also tried with dynamic server ip but it doesn't work. Any suggestion?

Ok now the real fun begins, She succeded in joining the server but now we're all without skins and without our inventories but my friend didn't change anything on the server. He just re started it.
That happens when you change the cracked option, change it back and restart your server.

Did she use a cracked launcher before?
It may be necessary that she has to erase the .minecraft folder and then only use the official launcher in the future.
