So I am using Minecraft paper 1.16.4 and my server crashed due to running out of memory. How can I help reduce the amount of memory being used?

only 2 plugins?
If yes, try removing mobstack because that causes more lag, not less lag

No I have 65 plugins prob could remove some of them though

Well... I don't really know. Maybe ProScoreboard (that one is not animated)

loaded chunks are one of the factors of whats causing this.
by default, aternos sets the server view distance to a value too big for aternos.
go to https://www.aternos.org/files/server.properties
this is where more advanced server settings can be found.
set view distance to 3 to get the least ram usage.
set it to 4 if you want players to see farther.

I should be one to tell you this, basic, inactive or passive plugins use the least ram and cause less lag. Make a timings report before you suspect a plugin is causing lag. do '/timings paste' after 5 minutes of starting your server and do read the information listed. also paste the link here so that i can get an overview.

First of all, you're missing protocollib, then PerWorldPlugins seems to not work (i recommend removing it), your clearlag config is broken, your shop config is broken, you still didn't remove EssentialsXXMP, and ultimately your server seems to be badly lagging caused by InfiniteCore.
