Command Blocks won’t place

Command blocks are enabled on the options, I have op, am in creative, but I can’t place them. Why and how can I fix this?

What is the address of the server in question?

What is your IGN`?

but even when I am opped and online it doesn’t work, I have luckperms as well so I have all the permissions too as well as OP

So even if I don’t have it auto saved, and am still opped, I should be able to still access command blocks right? Bc if so I don’t

If it still does not work after you made sure that

check if the problem occurs on Vanilla.

Maybe a plugin is blocking that.
