i've been playing on my server for a while now and out of nowhere i can't connect to my server. Every time i try it says a fatal error has occurred, this connection is terminated

He means that if you create a fresh new world, can you still connect?
(Download the current world, and then make a fresh one. Then try connecting. If it still disconnects, then it's a server or your network problem. If you CAN connect, then it's a problem with the world.)
