i think he is saying that his server's ip was leaked and he doesnt want anyone joining it other than him and his friends

DW lol every minecraft server logs the IP of players whenever they join.
Even every site, browser, ISP all logs your IP so don't worry.
If you are using mobile data then its best just turn off ur internet and turn it on again. Your IP will change.
If you are using router, turn it off for 5-6 mins then turn it on again.
and this is not the first time your IP was logged in a MC server.

Because if server's won't log your IP how will they "/ipban" xD.

Your IP address is virtually nothing. It's like your IRL address, but worse. They can at max get your approximate city with it, and who cares? Also, ISPs assign new IPs every night so they won't have your IP tomorrow anymore, but someone elses.
