Hello aternos staff, so recently I have been getting horrible lag and very very excruciatingly low tps (e.x 5 , 8 , 11) and I really don't know what to do about it, is there anything you guys can recommend so I can get higher TPS ?

can you do /timings on, then wait 5m and then do /timings paste, then send the link here?

As far as I can see, your server does reach 20TPS. Villager ticks are a big part of the TPS loss though, do you have a villager farm?

if you want a noticeable amount of tps increase you can use fabric's lithium and phosfor mods (note: you need to backup first)

Paper is the best performing for plugins, and fabric with optimization mods isn't really worlds better than paper default
